Lo-Chlor Chemicals was established in 1979.

Started “officially” July 1996 although I’d been working at Lo-Chlor since the age of 10 years old (being a family business)

Spent several years in the late 90s and early 2000s working in The USA, the UK / EU educating myself about the various pool and spa industries and business models within those industries. Focussed on water treatment, logistics and manufacturing techniques.

Took over as Managing Director of Lo-Chlor Chemicals in January 2006. Lo-Chlor Chemicals is now found in over 25 countries around the globe and is still regarded as the No.1 specialty chemical company from Australia.

Paul established and is the founder Poolcorp International Pty Ltd (15th June 2012). Poolcorp is a wholesaler and distributor of Pool and Spa Chemicals, namely the Aquapro range. Aquapro is a high end specialised range of pool and spa chemicals specifically designed for the consummate pool and spa professionals.

In July 2017 I acquired Clearchem Australia which is a chemical packing facility, wholesaler and distributor based in Perth, WA. Clearchem has been a well-established business in Western Australia for more than a decade and I am very proud to be the owner of this highly reputable and successful company.

I have dedicated more than 25 years of my life to the pool and spa industry already and aim to do so for another 25 if not more. I am extremely passionate about water chemistry and making people’s pools healthier, safer and easier to maintain. I am also extremely passionate about the swimming pool and spa industry specifically here in Australia and proudly support SPASA AU and the direction it is moving in, in 2018.
